These Terms govern your use of Epic Starz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Epic Starz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2 The service

Epic Starz is a review-collection platform for local businesses. We provide QR codes, NFC cards, and shareable links that make it effortless for your customers to leave a 5-star Google review, along with tools to capture private feedback and track your rating.

3 Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be the owner or an authorised representative of the business you set up.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4 Plans & billing

  • Review Plan - approx ₹5/day (₹1,799/year).
  • Growth Plan - approx ₹7/day (₹2,499/year).
  • Pro Plan - approx ₹10/day (₹3,499/year).

There are no setup fees and you can cancel anytime. Subscriptions renew for the chosen billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with prior notice. Taxes may apply.

Refunds: if something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we'll work with you to make it right.

5 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything illegal or fraudulent.
  • Post, request, or generate fake or incentivised reviews.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Misuse another business's branding or impersonate others.

6 Reviews policy

Epic Starz makes it easy for genuine customers to leave honest reviews. We do not create fake reviews, and we do not prevent any customer from posting a public review. Customers who share private feedback are always free to also leave a public Google review.

You are responsible for using the service in line with Google's review policies. Misuse may result in suspension.

7 Intellectual property

The Epic Starz platform, brand, and software are owned by us. Your business content and branding remain yours - you grant us a limited licence to display them as needed to provide the service.

8 Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we cannot guarantee specific review counts or rankings, as these depend on your customers and on Google. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Starz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

9 Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
