Why we built it
Most happy customers never leave a review. Not because they do not want to, but because they do not know what to write, or the process feels long. Unhappy customers, on the other hand, always find the review button. The result: great local businesses with fewer reviews and lower ratings than they deserve.
We fixed that with a simple flow. Customers scan a QR, tap the stars, and get a natural review draft in their own language: English, Hindi, Hinglish or Gujarati. They edit it if they like and post it themselves. Customers who had a bad day talk to you privately first, so you get a chance to make it right.
