These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EpicStarz (the "Service"), operated from India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The Service
EpicStarz is a software-as-a-service tool that helps local businesses collect customer feedback, invite customers to leave Google reviews, reply to reviews, publish Google Business Profile content and generate marketing material with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including your team members.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law.
- We may suspend accounts that break these Terms, misuse the Service or remain unpaid.
3. AI-generated drafts and Google reviews
- The Service suggests review drafts. Your customers read, edit and post reviews themselves, from their own Google account. EpicStarz never posts reviews on behalf of your customers.
- You must not use the Service to create fake reviews, offer money, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, review your own business, or pressure customers into a particular rating.
- You agree to follow Google's Maps User Contributed Content Policy and Google Business Profile guidelines. Google may remove reviews or take action on profiles that break its policies; we are not responsible for such actions.
- AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking replies, posts and other content before publishing them.
4. Plans, trial and payments
- New accounts get a free trial as shown on our pricing page. No card is needed for the trial.
- Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated.
- AI credits included in a plan reset every billing period and do not carry forward. Top-up credits are valid while your account is active.
- If a payment fails or a plan expires, paid features and your public review page may be paused until you renew.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful; upload content you do not have rights to; try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; or resell it without a written agreement with us.
6. Your content
You own the content you add (business details, logos, posts, feedback). You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service. You can export or delete it at any time by contacting support.
7. Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party services such as Google, AI providers and payment gateways. Their own terms apply and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a particular number of reviews, rating or ranking. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; we will notify you of important changes by email or in the dashboard. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
